Lloyd Banks criminal charges dismissed!!

Assault charges against Lloyd Banks were dismissed by an Ontario judge last week. Chris Hines, a well-known Canadian booking agent, had accused Banks and his entourage of assaulting him at their establishment, Club NV in Brantford, Ontario. Two other men were freed on all charges, and one person pleaded guilty to assault and received a $2,500 fine. Banks's lawyer, Scott Leemon, tells AllHipHop.com, "With this finally behind him," the rapper looks forward to coming back to Canada soon."
