Lil Wayne Back to Court for Child Support
Weezy -- who's already fathered 4 kids that he's aware of -- allegedly sired another child back in 2002 ... and now the 8-year-old's grandmother obtained a court order requiring Wayne to submit to a DNA test.
According to the legal papers, obtained by TMZ, Weezy was supposed to get tested before September 10, 2010 ... but since he was behind bars at the time he got the letter (dated August 20), the judge pushed the deadline to December 9.
The woman going after Wayne doesn't explain why her daughter isn't pursuing the test herself -- in fact, the birth mother's name isn't even listed on the documents.
Calls to Wayne's camp have not been returned.

I would love to win these tickets just so that I can turn around and give them away to my niece as a belated wedding gift. She is getting married on December the 11th. She has also been very special to me and I would love to return the favor. I am 51 years old and I recently received my bachelors degree in business administration from Lipscomb university on May 8th 2010. Demetrice whom is my neice encouraged me every step of the way to return to college and finish what I started even though I have very painful arthritis in both my knees and my back. I returned to class cane and all. with the help of my neice and most importantly God's Grace I made it over. My neice dressed me from head to toe for my graduation, and I would like to do something very nice for her. She is an avid Usher fan and loves Trey Songz also. This would be a perfect gift from me to her. Since I can not afford these tickets at this time, I am asking all fans to please choose me as the winner I will certainly appreciate and I my niece would appreciate it even more than me.
