Lil Fizz Facing Over $2 Million In Fines For Weed Dispensary

B2K member Lil' Fizz is facing fines of more than $1 million for allegedly running an illegal marijuana shop in Los Angeles. Although medical marijuana is legal in California, TMZ reports that Fizz's Little Amsterdam store is in an area where weed dispensaries are "strictly prohibited."

Prosecutors want Fizz to shut the place down and pay $3,500 a day for all 477 days that it was open, which adds up to about $1.2 million. They're also looking to recoup and legal fees and the cost of law enforcement, which could bring the total up to about $2 million.

Fizz says he gave up his stake in the store in 2008 and thus isn't liable, according to TMZ.
