Lil Boosie celebrated his new-found freedom with a press conference .Monday. After five long years of being in the slammer, Boosie can't believe how much the world has changed, especially with all the new technology.
At the press conference, after family and friends like Bun B, Young Jeezy, Webbie, his mother, and even his lawyers shared their thoughts about Boosie's return home, Boosie sat down with The Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee and shared his take on FaceTime and Instagram.
Before the Baton Rouge, Louisiana rapper was arrested for drug charges in 2009, there was no Instagram or FaceTime. He tells Yee, “I had never seen Instagram. I heard about it,” said the 31 year-old. “I was surprised when I looked on my iPhone and you could look at people and talk on the phone. I wasn’t used to that. I was like, 'The world done change.'"
