Kim Kardashian Sues MediaTakeOut.com for Claiming Her Paris Robbery was Staged

*Kim Kardashian has addressed her share of false stories written about her on gossip blogs, but one recent story in particular has caused the reality star to put her legal team to work

According to Page Six, Kim has filed a federal lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com for publishing three stories that accuse her of lying about her Paris robbery.

The eight-page complaint describes Kardashian, 35, as a “victim of a violent armed robbery” in her apartment in the exclusive Hotel de Pourtalès, where thieves took off with millions of dollars worth of jewelry, including a $4 million diamond ring.

“Kardashian was assaulted and robbed by two masked men, who placed a gun to her head, duct-taped her hands, legs and mouth, and then left her lying helplessly on the bathroom floor of her rented apartment while the thieves absconded with millions of dollars in jewelry,” the suit says.
