Kim has had two difficult pregnancies, which both included the dangerous condition placenta accreta, and a source tells TMZ that doctors say a repeat is a near certainty if they try for a third. She also had a painful delivery with baby Saint.

However, the source adds that Kim and Kanye are happy with a family of four, so the news isn't all that bad.
