KILLER FATHER: Confesses to Murdering His Five Children

A 32-year-old South Carolina man confessed Tuesday to dumping the bodies of his five children in garbage bags on a rural road after he was arrested for possession of controlled substances.

The children, ages one to eight, were reported missing on September 3rd. Their father, Timothy Jones, was arrested after his license plate turned up in a search by a Smith County deputy, linking him to the missing kids.

When he was stopped at a DUI checkpoint near Raleigh, North Carolina, Jones was described by a deputy as appearing to be intoxicated and angry. Chemicals used to make meth and a substance thought to by the synthetic marijuana known as Spice were allegedly found in his possession.
