SUPERHEAD: Ready to Drop Instructional Book
Former video vixen Karrine "Superhead" Steffans has written another book, The Vixen Manual: How to Find, Seduce and Keep the Man You Want. Unlike her previous tell-all books Confessions of a Video Vixen and The Vixen Diaries, this one promises to be a resource for women looking to improve their relationships.
According to Grand Central Publishing, the book is broken into five parts -- "Being Single," "How to Attract Him," "How to Engage Him," "How to Release Him" and "Maybe It's You." There will also be an illustrated chapter featuring sexual positions. The book is due to hit shelves on July 13th


JAY-Z, BEYONCE: Separate Beds?
Has the passion already died between Jay-Z and Beyonce? According to Star magazine, they've been staying in separate hotel rooms -- and sometimes completely separate hotels -- when on the road, including their recent stay in Los Angeles for the Oscars. An insider says, "Everyone was shocked, because they're married. Sure, not all husbands and wives sleep in the same beds, but most at least stay in the same hotel."

TERRELL OWENS DONE AT DALLAS
Terrell Owens' career as a Dallas Cowboy is over. E-S-P-N reported late last night that Owens would be cut by the team today, and an official announcement should come today. Owens caught 235 passes for more than 35-hundred yards and 38 touchdowns during his three years in Dallas. But Owens on field performance was overshadowed by his sideline and off-the-field antics. His relationship with with quarterback Tony Romo and tight end Jason Whitten deteriorated this year. Owens' release comes just a few weeks after he received a vote of confidence from team owner Jerry Jones. The Cowboys join the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles as teams that have cast off the talented but temperamental wide receiver.
