Is Chris Brown's 39-year-old manager the mystery woman behind his fight with Rihanna? T-M-Z-dot-com is reporting that Rihanna exploded after reading a three page text message from Tina Davis, who has managed Brown since he was 16. According to a police affidavit in the case, the text message was "from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with." Davis is a former A-&-R executive at Def Jam Records who has worked with artists like Method Man, Redman and L-L Cool. She has guided Brown's career since his 2005 self titled debut. In 2007, Brown told Vibe that there was no truth to rumors that he and Davis were intimate.
Meanwhile, T-M-Z also reports that Brown and Rihanna recorded a duet with Polow da Don shortly after their fight. A source claims that the recording sessions were "very, very emotional...the feeling in the room was pure love," and that Brown and Rihanna were "playfully touching each other."
AMERICAN IDOL PHONE SEX SCANDAL

The Idol producers have run into an X-rated controversy by going with 13 finalists, instead of 12, this year -- the would-be voting line for a 13th contestant is already in use -- by a phone-sex operation.
On Twitter yesterday, host Ryan Seacrest wrote, "Crap, were gonna have a problem on Idol tonight -- just dialed 1-866-IDOLS-13 and it's not quite S-F-W (Safe for Work)."
Idol owns only the first 12 sequenced numbers (1-866-IDOLS-01 through 1-866-IDOLS-12). According to E Online, the 13th number takes the would-be voter to the following message -- "Hey there, sexy guy...Hot horny girls are waiting right now to talk to you. Lie back, baby. Relax..."
Idol producer Megan Michaels says, "We have a special Idol number tonight that we will be revealing on the show. It will not be that...we have to be sure people dial carefully tonight." (audio)
...Or not too carefully if you're into that sort of thing.
Earth, Wind, and Fire Back On The Road
Earth, Wind & Fire will re-team with classic rock band Chicago for a 30-city tour this summer, kicking off June 5th in Orange Beach, Alabama. The two groups previously toured together in 2004 and '05.
Ginuwine with Lisa Raye Doing Kissy Face
After shooting the video for Ginuwine's "Last Chance" last week in Los Angeles, Lisa Raye is being romantically linked to the singer. The New York Post reports that the actress -- who's in the middle of a nasty divorce from former Turks and Caicos Premiere Michael Missick --"arrived at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills the other night with...Ginuwine and, after posing for the paparazzi outside, they proceeded to kiss throughout their meal."
Beyonce Tells Jay Z...Butt OutThere's at least one person who's not interested in any part of the Chris Brown-Rihanna scandal -- Beyonce is reportedly trying to convince hubby Jay-Z to stay out of it. A source tells gossip site MediaTakeout-dot-com, "Beyonce [and her team] don't want to get mixed up in this mess... She's trying to convince [Jay-Z] to keep out of it, too, but he has a personal relationship with Rihanna. [Jay-Z] really feels that he can help [Rihanna] in this situation...
