Katt Williams in MORE trouble!!!

A rough month has now gotten even worse for Katt Williams who is now being sued by his tour manager.

The comedian, who's had a couple of bouts of road rage and was also accused of threatening a heckler at a comedy club, is being sued by his manager Mark Williams (no relation) who claims the funnyman punched him in the face and knocked him out. In the lawsuit, he claims that Katt punched him "with such force and power that he was rendered unconscious for a period of 90 seconds." He adds that Katt was wearing his diamond rings which caused more damage. The man claims he suffered a concussion and other head injuries.
