KATIE HOLMES: Not Speaking to Tom Cruise

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have eight-year-old daughter Suri and that's pretty much all they have these days.

TMZ reports, citing sources close to both of them, that Katie and Tom have no contact with each other. They don't even speak and any decisions they make concerning Suri are handled through intermediaries. Katie has custody of Suri and is apparently upset about how little time Tom spends with her. He's currently shooting another Mission Impossible movie in London and hasn't seen their daughter in several months. 

The couple split in 2012 after six years of marriage and have each moved on. Katie is now rumored to be spending a lot of her time with Jamie Foxx, although an insider says they're just good friend
