KAT STACKS STILL IN JAIL IN NASHVILLE!!!

We previously reported that rapper-lover Kat Stacks was going to be deported due to non-citizenship and legal woes, but her mom has took to Twitter to say that she's not going anywhere.

"God works in mysterious ways...Kat Stacks will be home soon," her mom -- known as Momma Stacks tweeted. "She'll not be deported."

Kat is still being held without bail in a jail in Nashville -- so this may not be the final update.
