Kanye West Receives Two Years' Probation in Photog Battery Case

Kanye West won't face any jail time stemming from his alleged 2013 attack on a photographer Daniel Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport.

After entering a plea of no contest to misdemeanor battery, the rapper was sentenced to two years' probation on Monday. West must also perform 250 hours of community service, and undergo 30 days of anger-management counseling.

West was also ordered to stay away from Ramos, who claimed that Kanye punched him and grabbed his camera in an unprovoked attack back in July.

The special plea allows West to plead no contest while maintaining his innocence.  It can't be used against him in the civil suit Ramos has filed against West.  Kayne did not appear in court on Monday; the plea was entered by an attorney.
