Please tell me you think that Kanye is a total jerk after what he did on the VMA's. This is the dude who last month said that he should be crowned the new "King of Pop". Did you see what happened?
Here's the deal: Taylor Swift is accepting an award for Best Video. She beat out Beyonce and a few others. Kanye runs out on stage while she's accepting and starts to tell everyone how Beyonce deserves the award. Totally ruining Taylor Swift's moment. Totally NOT COOL!!!
I think Taylor Swift is a remarkable artist and a very nice person. She even volunteered to perform at our recent Salute The Troops in Kentucky for FREE!
Kanye West...I think we're all about done with you dude. You went from the guy who said "George Bush don't like Black People" after Katrina and creating Jesus Walks to THIS!
Dude I'm DONE!!

I watched that and my expression was the same as Beyonce, OMG! What the f...! There are not enough words to describe Kanye, that is why I have not and will not ever buy his music. He is a total jerk. He was way out of line and Taylor could not believe it herself and was practically speechless after that. I am glad however that Beyonce gave her a chance to do her acceptance speech. BUT, what if Beyonce did not win, then what. If the media quits giving him so much airplay, maybe he will sit his ignorant ass down!

I personally wouldn't call him an asshole. He's human, and like his song states, "He has a big Ego," and that's what kicked in at the moment, along with the Henney, he was drinking.. However, his approach and opinion could have been done in a different manner. He probably should've yelled from his seat, instead of stepping on stage, like the Congressman yelled while our President was speaking. Opinions are like Assholes, we all have one, and they can stink.....

Yes, he is an asshole. I feel this was very disrespectfull of him to do what he did. I understand freedom of speech, but some things he can keep to himself. Speak out on the important topics when you need to--this was not that important of a topic to speak out on--he could have spoken to Beyonce in private about how he felt. Could he be drinking "hateraid"!!!! cause he sure don't have no current hit records--he just looking for the spotlight that has dimmed on his ass--oops wonder why???!!!!! Every musical artist of every musical genere, at some point, must have their moment in the spotlight to win such awards. Everybody is not going to agree with the awards being issued, but there is nothing that I can do about it.

Yeah, Kanye makes great music, but he makes horrible decisions. There's no defending this. And on top of that...It wasn't even an award that he was nominated for!! Maybe this was something that MTV did as a joke or to stir up controversy...kind of like the eminiem/bruno event.
