JERRY JONES: Sued by Former Stripper for Sexual Assault

There's more trouble for the NFL -- and this has nothing to do with Ray Rice. Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is being sued for sexual assault by a former stripper.

Jana Weckerly, a 27-year-old former exotic dancer from Oklahoma, says in the lawsuit filed Monday that back in 2009 the 71-year-old Jones fondled her privates, forced her to rub his and made her watch as he received oral sex from another woman. She's seeking more than $1 million in damages.

Weckerly was one of the women featured in photos with Jones that were leaked on the Internet last month. At the time of the photos release, Jones said they "misrepresented" what happened that night.

Now, Levi McCathern II, an attorney for Jones, said in a prepared statement, "These allegations are completely false. The legal complaint is unsupported by facts or evidence of any kind. This is nothing more than an attempt to embarrass and extort Jerry Jones. This is a money grab by a lawyer who is a solo practitioner just trying to make a name for himself. The alleged incidents would have been more than five years old."

He added,  "We intend to vigorously contest this complaint and expect it will be shown for what it is — a shakedown. Due to the seriousness of these baseless allegations, we have also involved law enforcement."
