Jennifer Hudson and Jon Bon Jovi Added to Obama Fundraising Concert

Jennifer Hudson, Jon Bon Jovi and Earth Wind and Fire have joined the lineup for a fundraising concert for President Obama on October 7 in Los Angeles, a campaign fundraiser tells The Hollywood Reporter.

Katy Perry was previously announced as one of the artists participating in the concert at L.A.’s Nokia Theater.  Additional performers are expected to be announced in the next few days.

Concert tickets that start at $44 each are being sold online through the Obama campaign.

The fundraising concert will be followed by a dinner at a nearby restaurant hosted by DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg. Tickets for the dinner start at $25,000 per person.
