JAY-Z: Hov Sets the Nets Back $50,000

The New Jersey Nets were billed $50,000 after co-owner Jay-Z was seen congratulating the Kentucky Wildcats in their locker room last month after their victory in the NCAA's Elite Eight. NBA rules prohibit contact with college players prior to the draft.
