Kennyonline.NET has learned that a Wisconsin couple has been arrested and cahrged for leaving their 9-month-old baby boy in their parked car for 20 minutes in the heat, while they shopped for adult toys in a shop called the Lover’s Lane in northern Illinois. According to a Libertyville Police report, the father, Michael Cegers, 18, and mother, Jessica Hurley-Smith, 20, told police they left their son in the car because ‘no one under the age of 18 is allowed in the store.
