If you tattoo the word: "GENIUS" on your Forehead...Does That Make It So!

Family:  Meet Jerome Smith...27, from the Natti (Cincinatti for you lames)!  As you can see he's decided to tat-up his forehead with the word GENIUS!

First off, not only is doing THAT just wrong as hell, Mr. Smith was recently arrested for pistol whipping an 8-month Pregnant woman, Tiera Bryant Saturday at a Cincinnati residence.  

But WAIT, there's MORE...Mr Smith's bust came less than three months after his release from prison on a narcotics charge. His rap sheet also includes a 2003 collar for attempted murder, burglary, and drug possession. Smith spent more than five years in prison following his conviction in that case...anyone smelling the Genius Yet?  What a Dumb A$$
