Robert Michelson of Connecticut was arrested after calling 911 to ask "hypothetical" questions about what could happen to him legally if he grew pot in his house. He later found out, after cops traced his number and arrested him. Michelson was charged with possession and growing pot, and was released on $5000 bond.Comment
