How To Beat A DUI CHARGE....(Ask A Celebrity!)

January Jones won't be charged with hit-and-run or DUI after that that weird accident Thursday night.

According to TMZ, the Mad Men star was on her way home after watching the Lakers-Celtics basketball game at an L.A. hotel when she lost control of her car and slammed into three parked vehicles. She then walked away from the scene, claiming she was being harassed by the paparazzi. She left her I.D. with a witness and returned a half-hour later.

Because she walked away -- and presumably could have had a drink in the interim -- cops couldn't test her for DUI. And because she returned, she won't get charged with hit-and-run, either.
