Lil' Wayne's Tha Carter Four album may end up having the second-biggest debut week of the year -- it's been forecast to sell as many as 850,000 copies in its first week out. That would put it at the top of the Billboard 200, making it his third number-one album. And it would be second only to Lady Gaga's Born This Way, which sold 1.1 million copies in its first week out.
