The birth-control pill turns 50 years old this month. Believe it or not, when "The Pill" was first introduced back in the '60s, people were worried it would turn women into total sex fiends! But now, some doctors are saying it actually may lower women's sex drive.

One study shows that women who use the Pill have lower levels of sexual desire and arousal than women who aren't on the Pill.

Of course, that doesn't account for other issues, like whether or not the woman is actually attracted to her partner or if she's stressed or tired or whatever else might make her not be in the mood for sex.
