Gucci Goes Back To What He Knows....JAIL/Rick Ross Being Sued Again By Freeway Rick Ross (Drug Dealer!)

Gucci Mane was arrested for allegedly throwing a woman -- who refused to go to a hotel and sleep with him -- out of his moving Hummer.

    * Gucci met the woman at an Atlanta mall, and asked her to go to breakfast. When she rejected Gucci and his planned hook up, he didn't take it well.
    * Along with the arrest, he is also charged with violating his probation on previous charges, battery, and a misdemeanor.
    * The incident took place on January 28th, according to a report from DeKalb County police.

RICK ROSS: Taken to Court by Freeway Ricky Again

After losing on a federal level, former drug kingpin Freeway Rick Ross has decided to take rapper Rick Ross to court again for taking his name.

This time, he's going to be suing on a state level in California, and his case will be presented in court on May 2nd.

Kenny Asks:  How can you SUE someone over using your "name" that was made infamous or "famous" by the U.S. Attorney's Office and the L.A. Times.  Is Rick Ross really stepping on your "brand".  What Brand?  Oh, the one you made famous for selling cocaine in South Central Los Angeles in the Late 80's to Early 90's?  The one that you can't PROFIT off of because of your arrest record?  Sit down and "bake a cake"...Pointless!!!
