Ghostface Killah Finally GettingSued over IRON MAN...Where Yall Been?
The man who composed the original 1966 theme to "Iron Man" has filed a lawsuit against Ghostface Killah, Razor Sharp Records and Sony Records, claiming they illegally used his "Iron Man Theme" on Ghost's 2000 album Supreme Clientele.
Jaques Urbont, who owns the original theme for the music from the Iron Man television show, filed the suit on June 30th in New York.
The lawsuit also claims that the usage of the name "Tony Starks" is also infringing upon Urbont's copyrights.

Times must be getting tough for him lately...cause he's mad late! There has to be some sort of statue of limitation laws that will kill this one.
