Future Won't Pay Up and Ciara Is Making Child Blocking "allegedly"

FUTURE flipped out on his ex CIARA, because she's making it hard for him to see his 18-month-old son, even though he pays her $15,000 a month in support.

He Tweeted, quote, "This [B-word] got control problems . . . I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture . . . I jus want babyfuture that's all.  I been silent for a year and a half.  I ran outta patience."  The kid's actual name is Future Zahir Wilburn.

Ciara is denying all of this.  She says she's never stepped in the way of Future seeing his son, and that he doesn't pay support and never has.  She thinks he's just jealous, and is doing this for publicity.
