Frank Ocean ARRESTED for WHAT???

Here's an example of how NOT to ring in the new year: Frank Ocean got busted for pot on New Year's Eve, when he was stopped for speeding in Mono County, California.

According to a statement from the Mono County Sheriff's office, a California Highway Patrol Officer spotted Frank speeding and pulled him over at 4:30 in the afternoon.  When the officer walked up to Frank's black BMW, the smell of marijuana wafted from the car.  Sure enough, authorities say a small bag of weed was found on the singer's person.

Frank was cited for possession of marijuana and released, according to the statement.  The matter has been passed on to the Mono County District Attorney's Office for review.
