Foxy Brown...Just Stop It!!

Foxy Brown stiffed some promoters last week -- canceling a nightclub appearance because she didn't like the car that they sent to pick her up.

Foxy had requested a 2010 model SUV to take her to her Wednesday night performance at New York City's Splash Bar, but instead she got a 2009.

She eventually showed up at the club 30 minutes before closing, but never took the stage.

A rep for Foxy told TMZ, "They promised they would give her the rest of the deposit and balance due when she arrived, but did not! Foxy was disappointed that the deposit and rider requirements were not met, that was all."

The club's promoters are "discussing their legal options."
