Fox Boogie Arrested AGAIN!

Foxy Brown has a problem with her hood -- or more specifically a neighbor. The rapper was arrested last night in Brooklyn, New York for allegedly violating a protective order. Brown reportedly nearly came to blows with a neighbor, who has a restraining order against her. In a previous incident, Brown reportedly threw her BlackBerry at the neighbor, cutting her lip and knocking a tooth loose. This time around, other neighbors had to step in to keep Brown at bay before any physical contact was made. The rapper was released on $50,000 bail, according to the New York Post. Foxy's manager, Chaz Williams, says the charges are false.
