Fat Joe may be getting a little lighter -- in the wallet. He's facing a lawsuit filed by the widow of Big Pun.

Liza Rios says Joey Crack hasn't paid royalties on Pun's music since 2005 -- even though it continues to sell, and even though Joe has put out posthumous Pun albums. According to TMZ, she's looking for more than $1 million.

Big Pun passed away in February 2000.

Let's be real. Pun's music is still bringing in some residuals, but not $1 million.

Let's also be real about this: Even if Joe had $1 million, he had to use it to pay off the tax man.

Come on son!
