Fake Teen Doctor Arrested Again, This Time For Allegedly Stealing More Than $34,000 From Elderly Patient

The Florida teen accused of being a fake physician has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation after being arrested on new charges alleging he stole more than $34,000 from an 86-year-old patient, authorities said.

Malachi Love-Robinson, 18, was released Wednesday by Palm Beach County Judge Joseph Marx and told to get psychiatric testing within 48 hours, The Associated Press reported.

Love-Robinson was arrested Tuesday by Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies on charges he stole $34,504 from the elderly woman he was treating during home visits.

Love-Robinson did not speak Wednesday and did not enter a plea.

Deputies said the teen allegedly used the stolen funds to make car and credit card payments. He faces one count of larceny and five counts of using another person's identification without consent, records show, according to the Sun Sentinel.

The teen was arrested last month and charged with practicing medicine without a license after an undercover police officer posed as a patient in his West Palm Beach clinic, authorities said.
