FAITH EVANS: AIN'T GONE ALREADY...CUTS A DEAL INSTEAD!

Faith Evans, singer and former wife of the Notorious B.I.G., has been sentenced to 36 months of probation after copping a plea in her DUI case.

Evans was facing two counts of DUI after being arrested in L.A. in August, but worked out a deal with prosecutors to plead "no contest" to the lesser charge of reckless driving instead.

She must also pay $300 in fines, and complete a three-month alcohol program.
