Nicholas Wig

Minnesota resident, James Wood, came home to find that he had been robbed.
In surveying the home, Wood discovered that cash, credits cards,  checkbook and a watch were missing. Wood also found that the alleged burglar, Nicholas Wig, had signed onto his Facebook account and LEFT IT OPEN.

Wood then posted Wig's photo online giving a warning to his followers saying to "watch out for this guy he's a thief". The victim posted his cell number asking for information on contacting Wig.

And get this, Wig text James Wood. (WHAT?!)

The victim, Wood, replied  'you left a few things at my house last night, how can I get them back to you?'

Wig agreed to meet with Wood thinking he could return Mr. Wood's recycled cell phone in exchange for his clothes he had left at the home. (SAY WHAT?!?!?)

Wood promptly called the police when Wig was close to the house.

I have a couple of questions for the alleged burglar:

1. Why did you logged on to Facebook during a robbery?

2. Why did you text your victim, James Wood, and agree to meet him?

You sir, are not the brightest bulb in the box.
