Congrats to Dr. Dre, who tops Forbes' list of the Highest Paid Musicians of 2014. Dre earned $620 million in 2014, largely off the sale of Beats to Apple for $3 billion. With $155 million, Beyoncé is a distant second, the widest margin between win and place in the history of the list. Forbes attributed Bey's payday to her Mrs. Carter Show tour, the surprise Beyoncé album and endorsement deal with Pepsi and H&M.

Justin Bieber is number-six on the list ($80 million), while P. Diddy and Jay-Z tied at number-twelve with earnings of $60 million each. Jay's haul came from his live shows, plus deals with Roc Nation, D’Ussé and Armand de Brignac. Diddy got paid mainly from his Ciroc vodka.

The Quickies:

How is Justin Bieber still making MONEY?

Dre really isn't a musician anymore and his music didn't generate the money. So why is he on this list?

Why didn't Forbes count Bey's On the Run Tour money?

You know it kills Diddy and Jay to be tied with each other...
