DESTINY’S CHILD: Former Member Arrested for Public Intoxication

A former Destiny’s Child member was arrested for public intoxication early on Thursday morning.

Farrah Franklin got busted around 3 a.m. after she got into an argument with a male friend outside a Dekalb County, Georgia gym. When officers arrived, she said she wasn’t ready to go home yet and authorities observed signs of drunkenness, including slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. When Franklin -- who allegedly reeked of booze -- was asked how much she’d been drinking, she responded by saying, “These [N-words] won’t leave me alone.”
She was arrested and booked for public intoxication and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Bail is set at $250. She was still in police custody as of Thursday afternoon.
