Desiree Rogers -- the former White House social secretary who was fired after the State Dinner "gatecrashers" incident -- has finally broken her silence. And she admits that she wasn't ready for the scrutiny she faced as the first African-American social secretary. She tells My Fox Chicago, "People make judgments on people just based on what they look like."
Rogers is now working as a consultant for the Johnson Publishing Company.
