Tom Brady will be suiting up for the Patriots next Thursday against the Pittsburgh Steelers -- a federal judge has tossed out his four-game suspension.
The NFLPA sued the NFL on Brady's behalf after Commissioner Roger Goodell refused to back off the suspension. Brady is accused of deflating footballs in the AFC Championship Game last season. And after the two sides were unable to hammer out a compromise, the case landed in the lap of Judge Richard Berman.

The NFL dies plan to appeal the decision.
