Conan Dares NBC to sue him over the "BEAR"!

Nothing is going to get between Conan O'Brien and his masturbating bear -- not even NBC's legal team.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Conan says he's going to use his trademark bits and characters in his new TBS show, and dares his old network to take legal action. "What I really wanna do is be sued over the bear and then appear in court with the Masturbating Bear. 'Your Honor, this bear can't help himself!'"

NBC initially claimed ownership of the intellectual property from Conan's shows with the network, but recently they've indicated that they might allow the host to use his old characters. We'll find out next month, when Conan premieres.
