CHRIS BROWN: Tested Positive for Pot While on Probation

After revealing that Chris Brown had tested positive for marijuana use while he was in Virginia, a Los Angeles judge had some advice for the singer on Monday. Judge Patricia Schnegg said, "You are not only in the public eye, but you are on probation."

After the revelation, the judge didn't take any immediate action against Brown, but she set up a November hearing to review his probation records.

Although he's a California resident, Brown has been living in Virginia while he's taking care of his court-ordered community service. The probation hearing is related to his assault of his one-time girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
