Chris Brown and James Debarge Are Doing What?

Chris Brown might be stuck behind bars, but it hasn't stopped him from making new music. TMZ reports that the inmate in the cell next to Brown's is none other than R&B star James DeBarge. It's not totally by chance: Brown and DeBarge (who's locked up for drug possession) are each housed in the L.A County Jail's section for high-profile inmates. 

Sources tell TMZ that the two singers are making the most of their close quarters, collaborating on three songs that they practice between their cells, with other inmates lending harmonies. Brown is scheduled to be locked up for at least three more months.
