Cali man sues McD's for $1.5 million ... because he was only given one napkin??

A California man is looking to clean up by filing a $1.5 million lawsuit against a fast food joint that made it hard for him to clean up – by only giving him one napkin with his order.

Webster Lucas says he purchased a quarter pounder with cheese at his local McDonald's, but when the cashier handed over the sandwich, he only offered a single napkin – and started a beef with Lucas by refusing to give him more, saying he'd already been given his share. The argument escalated, and Lucas says that the employee, who is of Mexican heritage, made a vaguely racist comment before walking away.

A manager offered Lucas some free burgers as an apology, but he says the whole incident gave him so much mental anguish that he can no longer work – so he needs a meatier payout. 

Kenny Says:  You shoulda just gave Webster more napkins (and kept the racist comments).  I mean nowadays if you don't ask for napkins and ketchup, they will not give you any.  How many times has that happened to you???
