Bow Wow Imposter Shows Up At the VMA's and is LET IN!!!

Bow Wow wasn't able to make the MTV VMAs, but an imposter, dressed just like him with a similar frame, facial structure (hidden by sunglasses) and a big chain -- someone he has no association with -- went there "for him."
