After racking up a rap sheet a mile long, it looks like Bobby Shmurda is finally catching a break -- even if it's only a small one.

Yesterday, a Brooklyn judge agreed to drop the weapons possession charge against Gun Squad 9's alleged leader. Shmurda's charges stemmed from being in an apartment where cops found a gun this past summer.

Shmurda appeared worn down, keeping his head down during the hearing, and arriving in a sweatsuit and handcuffs. He is being held on $2 million bail.
