Bobby Brown Cops a Plea to DUI

Bobby Brown has escaped facing additional jail time for his DUI arrest last month after copping a plea deal. Brown pled "no contest" to a lower infraction -- one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher. As a result of the deal, Brown's 36 months of summary probation and one day in county jail that he already served were sufficient and the DUI charge was dropped.

All he has to do now is complete a 90-day alcohol program.
