Atlanta is finally paying the family of 92-year-old kathryn Johnston $4.9 million for shooting her and killing her during drug raid

The city of Atlanta has agreed to pay the family of 92-year-old Kathryn Johnston $4.9 million after police shot and killed her during an illegal drug raid at her home.

Johnston was gunned down by police in 2006 when they broke into her home without a search warrant looking for drugs.
