APPLE: Keeping Blacks Out of Management?

Apple might have made Dr. Dre part of the one percent, but a former employee says the company actually tries to keep African-Americans out of management positions.  

Andrew Dupree, who worked at an Apple Store for four years, is suing the company for denying him a management position due to his race. Dupree tells RadarOnline he doesn't believe the discrimination was limited to his situation, but is systematic throughout the company. He says, "I want the focus to be on Tim Cook, Apple and their failure to address the racism in the company. Racism that they knew about.”

Dupree says he E-mailed Apple CEO Cook directly to discuss the situation but instead was told to talk to several human resources officials, who he claims were unable to resolve the situation. 

No word on how much money Dupree is looking for from Apple.
