PENTAGON: Three Arrested After "Suspicious Car" Found in Parking Lot

If you're going to pass out drunk in your car after a night of drinking, the parking lot of the Pentagon is probably not the best place to do it.

Three men were arrested Sunday morning after there were found there Sunday morning. To make matters worse, there were wires hanging underneath the car, which prompted a call to the bomb squad to check out the vehicle.

Due to the incident, the Pentagon station of the Metro rail line was temporarily closed, according to a tweet issued by Metrorail Info.

According to a statement issued by the Pentagon Force Protection, the occupants failed to exit the vehicle and tried to flee, but were taken into custody. The driver was given a breathalyzer test and registered above the legal limit. The vehicle was found to not contain explosives and was later towed to the Pentagon impound lot. (WUSA-9)
