Rihanna Tweets then Deletes

According to TMZ, Rihanna says she didn't even realize she'd tweeted #FreePalestine, saying she merely clicked on a link and the hashtag appeared in her feed.

Rihanna waded into the Middle East controversy earlier today (Tuesday), then waded right back out if it.

RiRi Tweeted #FreePalestine, which is currently trending on Twitter, as an apparent protest against Israeli military action in the Gaza Strip. But then eight minutes later, she deleted the post without any explanation.

Maybe RiRi got scared off by the reaction that NBA superstar Dwight Howard got when he Tweeted #FreePalestine over the weekend. After being ripped by several Jewish groups, Howard deleted the tweet and called it a "mistake," saying he would never comment on international politics again.
