It remains to be seen if the Cleveland Cavaliers have a chance to get newly declared free agent LeBron James back, but on Thursday they did take a big step toward rebuilding their team. The Cavs took Canadian hopeful Andrew Wiggins, who played for Kansas, as the first pick in the NBA draft.
