MJ fans sues for not enough MJ on his new album

A Michael Jackson fan is suing the late King of Pop's estate because she bought his 2010 album Michael and doesn't hear enough of his voice on three of the tracks.

The woman filed the suit in Los Angeles claiming she bought the album, the first release after his death, and believes there are three songs on which MJ isn't even singing lead vocals. She even claims that she hired an audio expert to confirm her suspicion. The woman wants her suit to become a class action lawsuit so that the estate would have to refund everyone who purchased the album. The estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, says Michael absolutely did sing on all of the album's tracks.
